Scentbird Select Luxury Set for Women

I see this a lot when reading the reviews, that so many of these perfumes and colognes smell like an old woman or a grandma then they follow up with gross, or yuck! I'm curious though and would like to know what age they consider a woman is too old? And that she smells even when wearing very nice and fairly expensive perfume? Seriously? I am 65yrs old and love that I've discovered Scentbird with such a great assortment of some of the best perfumes on the market. Mostly I like that whenever I tried to buy or order a bottle of perfume I would discover it was out of stock. Here I've not had that happen. That said I would like to know what triggers people to say that they won't wear a fragrance ever again because they felt like they were walking in a nursing home. Wow I have smelled those places and I will have to disagree with that lady. I'm very glad no one has ever said that to me while I was wearing one of the many perfumes I have. I get a lot of compliments on some of the very perfumes others have said they would never wear and they literally throw them away! To be clear I am not picking on you or saying you are wrong, perfume smells different on everyone and lasts longer on some than others. I just don't understand what people mean when they say it smells like an old lady and don't like it. I'm also a grandmother and great grandmother and have had my daughter in law ask to use my perfume and others want to know where I got whatever I am wearing at the time. I guess it kinda upsets me to think younger women think that older woman stick and smell yucky even while wearing great smelling perfume. I truly hope to figure out the scent that smells like whatever an older woman smells like, so far it's just about everyone of them. I see that comment on the floral,sweet, woodsy, even the sensual perfumes! Seems none are exempt from the phrase. My Mother recently passed away at the age of 93 and she wore L'airduTemp's by Nina Richie all her life and always got compliments on her perfume. I don't have a signature scent per day because I love to mix things up, but right now I could narrow it down to - Prada's Candy, Korres Midnight Dahlia, Heretic's VoodDoo Lily, Juicy Couture, DKNY Be Delicious, Ralph Lauren's Lauren & Safari, Dolce and Cabana The one, Michael Kors Very Hollywood, and believe me I could go on. I hope someone can give me an answer after reading this VERY long text because it's really bothering me. I definitely don't want to smell like whatever it is that makes people say that. Thankyou for allowing me to vent.
