    I was so excited to get my products today. when I opened the package. on the other hand I was disappointed. I had bought the metallic Christmas set and I only received the green and blue one. I guess I'm going to have to call customer service.

    No box and a hiccup
    The first package that came only came with a single case. After contacting customer support, I got to keep the case as they sent the 3 i was supposed to recieve, making a total of 4 cases. overall, I'm happy with customer service. I personally dont mind that it doesn't come in a box. Its less waste, but advertising that it does come in one might be misinforming others.

    I guess it doesn't really advertise the gift box, but based on all the other sets using these cases I was expecting the gift box. Too late for Xmas now, but for those of us who didn't go for the prefilled sets, this was an unwelcome surprise.
