Issey Miyake - L'eau d'Issey EDT
L’eau D’Issey’s iconic blend of seven different florals, sandalwood, cedar, and bright musk rightly deserves its place among the all-time classic fragrances. Rosewater-infused lotus and skin-soft freesia unfurl over a powdery heart of sweet carnation, white lilies, and fresh peony. Peachy osmanthus tones accent the plushness of tuberose in the base.

About the brand
Explore Issey Miyake
Issey Miyake is a Japanese fashion designer known for his innovations with fabric and his use of technology to produce interesting and practical garments.
Miyake's fashions and perfumes reflect a sense of humor and make use of multi-lingual puns. A-POC, for example, sounds like the English word "Epoch." When Miyake launched his first perfume, L'eau d'Issey for women in 1992, the name is a homonym for the French word l'Odyssée ("odyssey" in English). A Scent by Issey Miyake, launched in 2009, could be read as "ascent by Issey Miyake." Miyake also maintains a store in Japan called ELLTOB TEP ("pet bottle" spelled backwards) which sells his entire line.

I don't like "spicy" smelling aromas, I prefer floral, sweet, and light scents and this one delivered just that.My ratingsFloralSexyDate NightFallFreshRefined00

- KLKimberly L.11/03/2024Reviews 5Products received 0This was a no for me.I'm not sure if it's just how it affects my natural chemical balance but up close and intimate it does not smell good. I got a few compliments from people as I passed by up close it has a bug-repellent smell. My boyfriend first brought it to my attention when we were cuddling. I smelled my wrist and had to agree. I asked a couple of close friends and they agreed as well. On me, it smells like the old Sunflowers perfume with a hint of rose from about a foot + away but any closer and add a note Off bug repellent. My ratingsFloralClassicOfficeFallWarmEasy-going00
- KPKELLY P.11/02/2024Reviews 4Products received 0A lasting floral scentI’m learning I like more fruity scents so my four stars is simply because it’s not my cup of tea. But the scent stays around, which is how I judge a good perfume. If you want a strong and long lasting floral scent, then this is the one for you.00
