I am about to sign up with SB and when I see “Reviews” like THIS, I am always wondering (if I do not see an IMMEDIATE and PROPERLY HANDLED response from the company) were you taken care of properly by having be replaced for you (gratis of course) or having it refunded. These are NOT FREE and even if it was a promotion or whatever that made this “free” for you in your order, NOTHING was FREE that got your to the point of this item being FREE…..so, how was it handled and if you say “it wasn’t…no one responded to me (you)” and this is dated 12/15/23 and it is now 28/05/24…… I may just delete EVERYTHING and NOT sign up with SB as I can NOT support ANY company that does NOT SUPPORT the people that BUILT IT BY BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
