Definitely powdery but after a use or two, the white floral notes come through. If you happen to appreciate “old lady perfumes” - this one is a good one to go for. It’s powdery, it’s clean, it’s easily a scent you can wear for work and not be offensive to anyone sensitive to strong perfumes (if applied sparingly)00
