Oddity

On me, this scent runs incredibly spicy and smokey. I don't get much of the amber or licorice beyond the initial spray, but the sage/pepper notes settle into my skin and last all day. Sometimes I can get a whiff the next day too. I personally really like the pepper note, even tho it runs heavy on me, and I like to layer this scent with something very sweet to cut it if I'm not feeling the full intensity.

smells exactly like heretic's smudge. it's an interesting scent and I like it sometimes when I'm at home by myself or going to bed, but I struggle to see myself wearing this much. my husband was not a huge fan and it is quite strong. it really does smell like you just smudged your whole body or something, which may be what you're after.

this scent smells better after it tapers off a little. i did not dig the scent so much.... this would definitely be one of those try before you buy types of deals. like I said it doesn't smell so bad after it has some time to fade a little.

I expected there to be a more present leather but instead you are first greeted with a burst of licorice and woods then a soapy vetiver with a background of leather that sticks around. Way less pepper than expected as well so don’t be afraid of that. It’s unique and for those who like to be daring. Perfectly unisex and soapy enough that it could be worn all seasons. Although I have not tested this. This is what I wanted Tom Fords Tuscan leather to be. I couldn’t stand something in that fragrance but gives the same vibes without being offensive to my nose.
