Normally, I prefer more fruity & floral scents, never an earthy scent, which is how I would describe this but this fragrance smelled amazing only skin. I've already purchased the full size, another thing I rarely do! I would've thought that surely there was cedarwood somewhere since that's the main note that I could smell but I was surprised to discover no cedarwood!

I'll start by saying that violet and jasmine are two of my favorite notes in fragrances. Although I have never tried anything with the other greener notes in this perfume, I thought I'd probably still love it! I didn't hate it, but for me it smelled just like baby powder for most of the day. Eventually, I was able to smell some of the violet on my skin but it was subtle. I wore it for a few days to test the longevity; it lasted well through my 10+ hour work days. I ended up giving it to my mom :) I knew she'd like it so it wouldn't go to waste

I really enjoy this fragrance, but I wouldn't say it's for everyone. On my skin, the violet is very prominent - it reminds me of the violet candies I had growing up. After it dries down and has been worn for a while, I get some of those deeper notes. I think the grass oil and coriander amp up the freshness so it doesn't smell too sugary sweet. It's a soft, fresh scent that I think can be worn all year. However, if you don't like violet, you won't like this scent.

Honestly, the perfume smells good, but don’t spray too much. The lemon scent is strong that it’s over powering. This one is a good perfume for the summer or spring in my opinion. I would rate it a 5/10, simply because I was going for a more sexy, subtle, and soft scent and this perfume is very outgoing and loud.
