The problem is that I can't smell it at all an hour later. I tried spraying on the back of my knees instead of my neck so the scent wouldn't be so close all day. I tried wrists too. I also tried sprayed more than my normal 3 sprays. Nothing has helped. I legit cannot smell it unless I put my nose directly to my wrist.
