SB doesn't have phone service, but I emailed them, and explained my problem, and I have to say, they went out of their way to resolve the issue, and completely satisfied me. If you should ever have an issue, don't cancel in frustration or anything drastic - just reach out to them and see if they can't resolve it. They absolutely did in my case.
