Your must-have summer scents for July
Confessions of a Rebel Let’s Be Real
We feel like belting “Extra! Extra! Read all about it,” because at last, we have something new from the Confessions of a Rebel workshop:
Let’s Be Real, the newest COAR scent is intoxication personified: lush, creamy, and mysterious, yet utterly fun.
Carnal tuberose, narcotic jasmine, sweet tonka bean, and aphrodisiac vanilla team up for the most audacious, in-your-face scent ever. Evoking the no-holds-barred, no-nonsense birthright attitude of its wearers, this authentic blend is going straight to your personal Hall of Flame collection of scents!
Lavanila Vanilla Lavender
Natural, clean vanilla befriends lavender in an intoxicating new take on an aromatic scent profile. Since you can’t scratch and sniff (you can try anyway, but it won’t work), allow us to describe what Vanilla Lavender smells like:
Sitting in the midst of a lavender field in Guadalajara, Spain, and opening a bottle of pure vanilla essence. Both of the aromas fight for supremacy but after the electrifying opening, they decide to work together and ruin all other lavender perfumes for you.
Etat Libre d’Orange Exit The King
Floral, woody and downright gorgeous, this unapologetically bold scent wastes no time in getting your full attention.
At first, you sense the clean and subtle, extremely subtle floral aroma of soap foam, jasmine, and rose or heavy-loaded clotheslines hanging from windows of a small Italian village. But since this is Etat we’re talking about, there’s got to be a plot twist. And it sure delivers with a spicy kick of pink pepper and that dirty, earthy, and downright gorgeous aroma of patchouli.
Pamella Roland Pamella Roland
A sophisticated trio of rose petals is infused in zesty citrus juice, making the scent intoxicating, but never overwhelming. An ode to the infinite nuances of femininity, Pamella Roland’s perfume is toeing the line between dainty and fierce, elegant and playful, thanks to a medley of rose, earthy essence, and rich woods.
New masculine summer scents to have on your radar
Confessions of a Rebel Morning After
Thank your lucky stars, because today’s announcement gets even better with yet another Confessions of a Rebel launch. With its interesting cocktail of citruses, aromatics, and woods, Morning After is an energizing scent brimming with confidence. Lemon has the task of breaking the haze that lingers after last night’s shenanigans, spicy cardamom brings the heat, and lavender is for calming down and taking 5, because let’s be real, there wasn’t much sleep involved.
Morning After takes literally the rule of 5 and continues the seduction theme, courtesy of coconut wood. Patchouli and tonka bean are smooth operators, while oakmoss is another woody element that stands up at the base notes and takes all the morning glory.
Gendarme Sky
Fresh, clean, and cozy, Sky smells like waking up wrapped in fresh sheets at a five-star hotel, with your pillowcases infused with a sachet of citrus. Room service waits at your beck and call, the sky’s crystal blue, and life’s good.
