Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years or the age majority in their State of residence (whichever is older).
- Employees, officers, and directors of Scentbird, Inc. and Focus Features LLC, Heretic, Fandango, their parents, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of “Nosferatu” and immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sponsor
- The sweepstakes is sponsored by Scentbird,Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 401 Cottontail LN, Somerset, New Jersey 08873.
4. Agreement to Official Rules
- Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
5. Entry Period
- The sweepstakes begins at 10:00AM EST on December 24th, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM EST on December 24th, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
6. How to Enter
- Entrants must like post and follow @scentbird @heretic @nosferatuthefilm
- Entrants must tag 1 friend in post and friend must also be following all handles to win
- Limit one entry per person. Entries in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
7. Selection of Winner
- Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- The drawing will be held on or about 12/26.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of the drawing.
- If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 5 days, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
9. Winners
- 1 winner in total will be selected in the random drawing. Limit to one prize package per person.
10. Prizes
- 1 winner will receive: 2 bottles of Heretic x Nosferatu 30ml Fragrance ($250.00), a $30 Fandango Promo Code to see Nosferatu in theaters ($30). Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or prize supplier.
- Total prize winnings is $280.00 per winner
- No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
- Total value of all prizes available to be won: $280.00
- *Fandango Promotional Code (“Code”) is good towards the purchase of two movie tickets ($15 per ticket, up to $30 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see Nosferatu at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Code is void if not redeemed by 1/31/25 or when Nosferatu is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie tickets with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie tickets purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded. Excludes multiple admission tickets. Limit 1 Code per person. Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this offer. The redemption of the Code is subject to Fandango’s Terms and Policies at www.fandango.com/terms-and-policies. FANDANGO and the Fandango Logo are registered trademarks of Fandango Media, LLC. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or prize supplier.
11. Taxes
- All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. General Conditions
- Scentbird, Inc., reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
- Scentbird, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion.
13. Release and Limitations of Liability
- Heretic, Focus Features LLC, Instagram, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC are not legal sponsors or responsible for the Sweepstakes and entrants understand they are providing their information to Scentbird Inc.
- By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Heretic, Focus Features LLC, Instagram, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
14. Disputes
- Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in Trenton, New Jersey under the laws of the state of New Jersey per Scentbird’s existing website terms & conditions.
- All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, courts located in Trenton, New Jersey under the laws of the state of New Jersey per Scentbird’s existing website terms & conditions., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

16. Winners List
- To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Address: 401 Cottontail Lane Somerset, NJ 08873 by 1/6/2025.
