Within minutes of registering, I read some concerning comments from customers and decided to unsubscribe WITIHIN MINUTES. Although I was assured that my subscription had in fact been
cancelled, I received processing and shipping notices for something unidentified and not purchased by me. Then came to find that on the very date I subscribed AND cancelled, money was taken from my account. I am requesting an immediate reimbursement ( as quickly as they took the money) but have yet to hear a response to my multiple emails.

Hi there. I would like to say that at first I really enjoyed getting my monthly shipments. However spending $16.95 plus tax, then another $5+ for shipping to Canada isint worth such a small amount. It says it’s for 30 days..But Ive only used it maybe 10 days out of the month, and it’s gone. The price for the first month was worth it in my personal opinion..I’ve put this month “on hold” just now and am most likely going to have to cancel unless the price changes. 😢 It was fun while it lasted. At least I now know which one I want to go and purchase full size.

A little disappointed. Ordered 3 vials of English Laundry 10ml which costs about $50CAN + shipping. When on the English Laundry website, 4 20ml vials is on special for $40.

Garbage subscription, everything went smoothly until a few months ago. Scentbird continued to take payments but have failed to send a decant for 2 months. I reached out to them twice with no response. At the moment I have paid for 3 months and haven’t received a bottle since August. Maybe they’ll respond to this.

Wow, i was thinking of subscribing. I love perfumes and always wondered how you’re supposed to find ones you like without trying samples first. I refuse to drop over a hundred dollars on a scent I’m not sure I’m going to like. Perfume companies really need to get samples out and make it available for people to smell and try. Who’s going to buy it if they don’t even know it exists?
However, I’m overwhelmed by the negative comments Scentbird has gotten!!! Almost every comment on this page is negative feedback! Sorry, but I won’t be subscribing… but the idea of getting monthly samples of different perfumes to try is amazing. I’m tempted to try my own business model, lol.

I was watching a YouTuber and got a code to use when you sign up to save do much money on the first order, however, just like him I have been reading all of the reviews and I’ve only seen one person say anything remotely kind about this subscription. And other than scent bird saying they’re sorry and please email us there doesn’t seem to be any direct improvements pinpointed out to show that they’re actually taking the feedback and doing something with it. I am a Canadian resident myself and after reading all of the issues you’re having with other Canadian customers it really makes me beware of signing up. I have done previous subscriptions to try different products. Some have been within Canada, some within the US and even being charged US dollars I’ve never ever dealt with fluctuating payments. The payment of the subscription is the payment of the subscription and as a company you should have some thing in place for the exchange rate. If you’re offering it to Canadians I think that’s very crummy of a company to keep charging more when it’s a service you’re offering to us. Clearly, there are ways around it cause other US subscription companies are not charging different amounts each month. For those reasons I will not be trying Scentbird. I would suggest you really take the feedback of your customers and show that you’re trying to change and if you’re offering Canadians a product make it fair. As well too it’s not just a few comments it’s every comment. Maybe you should read your comment page as well and see how many negative comments there are about your products and subscriptions set up.

I have tried several times to cancel this subscription and just sent an email my order was processed. Do not sign up for this. There is no place on the website to cancel and they haven’t responded to email requests. I am going to have to call my credit card company to get it reversed and stopped.

I have tried emailing, going through the support on the website that’s supposed to send a link to cancel. It sends a link but there is no way to cancel only add on to your subscription. And hard to navigate cancelling which is not good when someone such as myself wants to try it out. If anyone knows ho I can easily cancel please let me know. I do have to say it is good but the hidden search to cancel is not greatest service.

I subscribed three days ago I got charged the same second , within a few minutes i have cancelled the subscription, because the prices were in US and i did not want the service anymore . I HAVE sent MULTIPLE EMAILS to the customer service to cancel my subscription but haven’t heard anything back for 3 DAYS .
