For our February cologne of the month, we’re veering in the direction of sophistication with Dunhill Icon, a perfectly-tailored scent that gives a nod to the world of British motoring. The scent is simultaneously strong and soft, with herbal elements like vetiver and juniper berries balancing out the heady woods and spices. Agarwood in the base imparts an earthy twist to bold neroli and bergamot, rounding out the vibrant elements that come through at first whiff.
The original Icon plays well with the brand’s Icon Racing scent, which mixes energetic grapefruit with spicy, exciting notes like cardamom and pepper. Orange blossom and lavender add an extra brightness, while guaiac wood grounds each of the elements.
