As many of you know by now, Scentbird is on the move. Basically, we’re transferring our facilities from Georgia to New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in order to consolidate our operations in the northeast and provide a better service for our whole community. The transition has been tricky due to a few unforeseen glitches (but what’s a move without a few surprises?) but once it’s all done, it will be so worth it.
We will continue the transition through August, and wanted to keep you updated on our progress. You may experience some shipping delays due to the move- we will continue to communicate and sincerely apologize. Some of you might also get a split shipment this month, with a part of the order coming from Georgia and the balance – from our new home in Pennsylvania. Please bear with us through this transition. Your support means so much to us and we know you want your shipment ASAP. The good news is that once it’s done, in addition to having faster shipping for subscribers, all shoppers will enjoy speedier service on gift sets and e-commerce purchases.
Also, I wanted to give you some inside scoop: we will be expanding our offering soon, as well as launching several high-end beauty collections. Stay tuned, because there’s a lot to come over the next few months that I can’t wait to share with you!

How can I invest inScentbird.
I have been with yall for almost two years and I love I yall keep up the great work and product.
I’ve been a customer since May of this year, and the service has been nearly flawless. There were only a few minor errors, in one shipment one of the products was incorrect, but it was made right very quickly. Also, I once received a damaged decant… Once again, no problem they had another on the way. I’ve referred several people and I’m already bragging to someone about Scentbird.
I would like to set a 3 month Or 6 month subscription but I was hoping to pay a monthly charge. Is the only option, to pay the all at once price, for the subscription? Just wondering because I can’t afford the price of hundred something all at once. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription to your company for over two months. Phone numbers that are no good. Steps to cancel that leas no where. This is just ridiculous. I also want to say that all the perfumes I have been sent smell the same to to flowery. Scents don’t last more than three minutes then nothing. I want to cancel my subscription and your company is making it impossible. Come on let me out. I have spent hours trying give me a break
